Two Halloween word search printables for kids. We made two word searches for Halloween this year – an easy Halloween word search, or a more challenging word search puzzle for older kids. Click the pink download buttons below to grab the Halloween Word Search PDF that’s right for your kids.
I’m in full Halloween planning mode here, and I have so many fun Halloween ideas to share with you in the coming weeks. I know I just posted our You’ve Been Booed signs for this year, but I couldn’t wait to get these Halloween word searches out to you.
These two word searches are the first in a whole set of Halloween activity sheets for kids I’m putting together, so make sure you check back in the coming weeks for more.
If you’re kids like doing these kinds of word search puzzles, and don’t mind a few creepy crawly spiders, then they will really enjoy these for Halloween.
Download the printable PDF for both sheets at the end of this post. Then, choose the difficulty level that is right for your kids.
Challenging Halloween Word Search for Kids
The words in this puzzle are arranged frontward, backward, and diagonally, which definitely makes it more challenging to find all of the words. Some younger kids may be up for the challenge, but I would recommend this Halloween word search for older kids, overall.
Easy Halloween Word Search for Kids
This sheet is a less challenging version of the Halloween word search. There are only 10 words to find, and the words only go up and down, and across. Plus, the words themselves are mostly smaller, easy to read words.
